Profile KB

KB profiles can be used as longitudinal frame beams as well as elements for main resistance frames (columns and beams). For columns and frame beams it is recommended to use profiles assembled back to back. All connections of structural elements are made with screws, allowing easy and quick assembly on site.

• KB profiles are cold rolled thin-walled profiles.
• Comply with EuroCode 3, Annex 1.3 (General rules - Additional rules for cold-formed thin-walled profiles and sheet metal).
• Steel grade used is FeE320G with yield strength (fyb)320 N/mm and yield strength (fu) according to EN 10417.
• Corrosion resistance, Z 275 EN 10147 and A1/95 galvanised steel is used.
• The profiles are produced in thicknesses of 1.5,5.0mm with tolerances according to EN 10143.
