Profile Sigma

Sigma thin-walled metal profiles are an innovation in the field of metal structures for light industrial halls. Sigma profiles are mainly used as panels and rails, having the advantages of mechanical characteristics given by their geometry. It is recommended to use them in combination with Kontibeam profiles (which are the main strength frames). All connections of structural elements are made with screws, ensuring quick and easy assembly on site.

• Sigma profiles are cold rolled thin-walled profiles.
• Comply with EuroCode 3, Annex 1.3 (General rules - Additional rules for cold formed thin-walled profiles and sheet metal).
• Steel grade Fe E320 G, with yield strength (fyb) 320 M/mm2 and yield strength (fu) according to EN 10417.
• Sizes:
  • L=130 mm. Thicknesses in 1.5; 2.0; 2.5 mm
  • L=160 mm. Thicknesses in 1.5; 2.0; 2.5 mm
  • L=200 mm. Thicknessses in 2.0; 2.5 mm
